Aluminum Composite Material Cladding (ACM) is the latest technique employed in buildings. ACM allows building owners and architects to incorporate a design statement in their edifices. 

ACM is formed from metal composite materials whereby a metal skin is bonded to either side of a highly engineered plastic core, creating a ‘sandwich’ panel. The result is a metal/plastic composite sheet that provides numerous benefits compared to a similar thickness of solid metal sheet. 

Although originally called Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM), the name of the product category has recently changed to Metal Composite Materials to reflect the introduction of new skin metals such as Zinc, Copper, Stainless Steel, and Titanium. Aluminum, however, remains the predominant skin material.

The smooth, sleek materials can be bent, curved and joined together in an almost limitless range of geometric configurations. In addition, the panels provide a lustrous visual from when they are initially installed and for years to come with minimal maintenance.
